Easi-Clad - Introduction
Goodville Engineering Ltd are specialist plastic composite manufacturers who’s engineers have over 20 years experience in the field of rigid plastic cladding for pipework or aperture closing. The cladding system we manufacture is called Easi-clad.
Our development team have spent years perfecting new in-house manufacturing processes using specialised resin systems, developed by our industrial chemistry department, to put Goodville Engineering at the forefront of hard wearing, durable, easy cleanable plastic cladding manufacture. Easi-clad is only sold as a complete system, this includes our own flexible adhesive and industrial finishes giving extremely long term durability.
Easi-clad (clean room version) is designed to give a continuously smooth, hygienic, cleanable surface over insulated pipework for all types of clean rooms conforming to GMP and FDA standards from Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Dairy, Food, Brewery, Bio-technology or where durability is important in harsh environments such as Marine, Chemical plants, Perfume manufacture, Sugar processing, Fermentation plants, etc.
With Goodville Engineering’s experience we can offer help in pipework design for insulation, specifications for insulation and cladding, training or installation of Easi-clad so that your clean room will have a hard wearing rigid plastic cladding with a continuously smooth, hygienic, easy cleanable surface, compliant with GMP and FDA standards.
Different Easi-clad systems we can offer are for: cleanrooms, process areas and high corrosion or for closing apertures in walls and roof to incorporate accoustic or thermal insulation.
